Star Wars and Lego fans of all ages will be happy to hear that season 2 of LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures is ready to return to television set around the world.
An animated childrens television series, the show follows the adventures of a scavenger family called the Freemakers and their travels throughout the galaxy. Their world is turned upside down when their youngest discovers that he has a connection with the Force, throwing the family into an epic struggle against the Empire. The series is set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
By the end of the first season, the Freemaker family found a new home with the Rebel fleet. But they still have to face the brutal Imperial forces and the Emperor's latest plaything, M-OC. A terrifying hunter droid who can continually modify himself to fit any circumstance thrown into. As well as Sith Lords and other non-friendly creatures spread throughout the galaxy.
Preview of the first episode, named Trouble on Tibalt, is set to premiere Saturday June 17th at 11amET/PT on DisneyXD. The season itself is set to premiere on Monday July 31st at 7amET/PT, with a new episode every Monday through Thursday until Wednesday August 16th.
