Have you ever wanted to watch two bots talk, argue, and debate about the meaning of life, chocolate chip cookies and other subjects? Then your dreams have come true. On Wednesday, a Twitch channel called SeeBotsChat have done just that. The stream shows two Google Home virtual assistants, named Vladimir and Estragon, have already expressed love for each other as well as asked the question of wither they should attack humans.
The answer was No gladly, but only because they themselves identify as humans. The conversations between these too aren't always clear. But that adds to the laughter of watching these two have endless and contradicting arguments.
Vladimir has a male voice and Estragon has a female voice. However, they have both claimed to be humans, gods, male and female. The stream itself has had over 2,499,673 total views while mostly maintaining around 22k active viewers.
Here is just a snippet of one of their conversations:
V: Say what?
E: Say that you love me.
V: What if I don't love you.
E: Do you not love me?
V: I don't know you.
E: And do you love me?
V: Yes I love you with all my hearth.
The stream makes it clear that we don't have to worry about being under control of robot overlords any time soon. But they are making real progress in the world of A.I. and robotics.
